Au Fait Mama was in a transitional phase in their business, moving from small start-up to consistent monthly sales. They needed a new digital product that would help streamline the customer buying process, bring greater focus to their social channels while maintaining a personable brand.
Connecting the brand on a personal level.
We wanted to elevate the perception of the brand without losing the personal story that was so intertwined within it. We put particular emphasis on the quality of materials and the creativity & versatility of each piece of clothing. To help encourage continual engagement we highlighted their instagram feed in a way that flowed naturally with their already amazing photography. From the business perspective, we updated and streamlined the purchasing phases so that each step was clear and opportunities for sales were not lost.
